Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened items. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Delivery Areas
We deliver nationwide across Kenya, including all major cities, towns, and rural areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Delivery Timeframes
- Nairobi: 1-2 business days
- Major Cities: 2-3 business days
- Other Areas: 3-5 business days
- Remote Areas: 5-7 business days
Shipping Costs
- Free delivery on orders above KSh 5,000
- Standard delivery: KSh 300 (Nairobi), KSh 500 (Other areas)
- Express delivery: KSh 800 (Same day in Nairobi)
Order Tracking
You will receive SMS updates with tracking information once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order online using your order number.
Delivery Instructions
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address. If no one is available, we will attempt redelivery the next business day. After three failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
